CP schools in luck's way

Sri Lanka Cricket Association under the 'Gamata Kreeda' concept introduced by President Mahinda Rajapaksa distributed cricket materials to over 50 schools in the Central Province.

Minister of Sports Gamini Lokudge the former Chief Minister (CP) Sarath Ekanayake and the President of the Kandy District Cricket Association Thilina Tennakoon distributed the materials at the Bogambara Stadium, Kandy, recently.

Each school was presented with senior and junior cricket materials worth over Rupees five and a half lakhs. Former test cricketers and the advisor on sports to the President D.S. de Silva was also present.
