UPFA win predicted in Matale, Puttalam

Transport Minister Dullas Alahapperuma stated that according to a first round survey report the UPFA would win Matale and Puttalam districts with 69 per cent and 66.1 per cent of votes respectively in the up coming Provincial Elections on February 14.
