Brigadier Charles dies

Brigadier P.G. Charles who served the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation as secretary for six terms passed away on 1.1.2009. At the time of his death he was chairman of the selection committee. President of the SLVBF Dilan Perera requests all past and present national players, coaches, referees and District organisers to be present on Sunday at the Kanatte to attend the funeral which is scheduled to take place at 4.00 p.m.
