New TV Channel
"Srilakvahini" Satellite Television Channel has commenced local
transmission.
This channel telecasts programmes 12 hours per day using Protosat
(98.5 East) satellite while telecasting news, current affairs programmes,
documentary and musical programmes it carries items for women and
children, teledramas, films, live programmes four days a week.
