Int’l operations re-launched this month :
Mihin to launch domestic flights
Mihin Lanka will introduce domestic flights to
three destinations after launching their international schedule end
of this month. This would be done within three months and the
management hopes to lease 17 new aircraft for these operations. The
airline is looking at flying to Trincomalee, Palaly and Ampara
mainly targeting the local business clientele.

Trade between India and Sri Lanka is annually
increasing six folds since the signing of the FTA between the two
countries.

KPMG leads in The LMD 50 Auditors League
KPMG Ford, Rhodes, Thornton & Co. has once again
been ranked as first in the Auditors league in Sri Lanka by the
Lanka Monthly Digest in the December 2008 issue of the LMD 50 This
year’s ranking of first position in the Auditors league is for the
third consecutive year with similar ratings being received the
previous two years.
