Ever exchanges at Moratuwa

St. Anne's College, Kur-unegala were 83 for 4 at the end of day one in their Inter-school Under-19 Cricket Tournament match being played at Moratuwa with Prince of Wales College.

Cambrians winning the toss and electing to bat were all out for 167 runs with Shehan Dammalage and Shehan Jayasuriya giving some resistance with 27 and 22 runs respectively. D.O. Gunasekera bagged 5 for 51 runs for the visitors.

When the stumps were drawn S.S. De Silva 24 and C.D. Kumarasinghe were back in the pavilion with 24 and 22 runs respectively. Malshan Mendis captured 3 for 28 for the homesters.

PWC - 167 (Shehan Dammalge 27, Shehan Jayasuriya 22, D.O. Gunasekera 5/51, Rasika Jeevantha 2/21, S.S. Silva 2/44).
