Free package change for Dialog customers

Now Dialog GSM customers could convert from pre-paid to post-paid, or post-paid to pre-paid without changing their mobile number. This facility comes free of charge to all Dialog post-paid and pre-paid customers. All they need to do is simply walk-in to a Dialog Customer Service Centre to effect the change.

This feature affords customers the freedom to switch to a tariff plan and payment mode of their choice. Simply put, pre-paid customers could move freely to Dialog post-paid, and similarly, post-paid customers could move to Kit pre-paid and retain the same number.

The transfer option is hassle free, and customers need not purchase a new SIM or connection. Any existing balance on a Dialog Kit pre-paid connection will be transferred to the Dialog post-paid connection at the point of transfer. The package change option is a one-time free offer, and if a customer wishes to reverse a conversion they would incur a charge of Rs. 1,000.

Dialog Telekom PLC is Sri Lanka's largest and fastest growing mobile telecom service provider, with a subscriber base of over 5 million.
