Gateway and Royal Institute joint cricket champions Sampath Bandara

Gateway College and Royal Institute were declared joint champions in the Under 17 inter-international school cricket tournament which was conducted by Wycherly International School.

The Final was played on 27th November and abandoned due to rain.

In the semi-final Gateway College defeated Lyceum International, Wattala by two runs (via the parabola system).

Jezlan Nawaz scored 54 for Gateway College. Tharusha Thilakarathna top scorer (44) for Lyceum International School, Wattala.
