Olivia to attend IOC-Asian Seminar

The National Olympic Committee has selected Mrs.Olivia Malini Gamage to participate at above sminar to be held from 26th to 29th November in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

She is the former Director of Sports and Physical Education consultant to the Ministry of Education. Gamage was instrumental in the implementation of Netball coaching and umpiring in schools and club. During her tenure of office as the President of Gymnastic Association of Sri Lanka she initiated programes for girls under 10 at schools and at districts levels.

At present she serves as the chairman of the Women's Football Committee and also an executive Committee member of Football Federation of Sri Lanka and is responsible for all women football activities in Sri Lanka.

Gamage is also the course Director for the Administration course conducted by National Olympic Committe.
