Suntel refurbishes branches islandwide

Suntel Ltd, has taken further steps to ensure the highest standards of service to their valued customers by refurbishing five branches across Sri Lanka. These branches are positioned in Kiribathgoda, Gampaha, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura and in Excel World which is offering greater convenience to Suntel subscribers.

The re-designing of Suntel branches originated with the 'No. 1 in Service' campaign which was launched this year with the intention of offering improved services to the company's loyal customers.

The refurbishing commenced with the Nugegoda branch which took place in June. The new branches include services such as bill payments, maintenance, customer care services and vow services for customers who visit the outlets. The opening hours for all branches are from 8.30 a.m. - 5 p.m. on week days except the Excel World outlet which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. All branches will be functioning on weekends from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Managing Director of Suntel Ltd Jeremy Huxtable said, "With the launch of the No. 1 in Service campaign this year, the company has been committed to satisfying the expectations of our customer base by providing them with high quality standards of service. By revamping the outlets islandwide, Suntel is taking the campaign one step further to ensure that we are indeed keeping to our promise."

Suntel launched the No. 1 in service campaign based on the unparalleled excellence of the company's service delivery in terms of numerous benefits including calls on the hotline being answered within three rings, fault repair in 24 hours and many more services.

Suntel is a joint venture Company that brings together the resources and expertise of Swedish telecom giant overseas Telecom AB, Metrocorp (Pvt.) Ltd. Townsend Limited of Hong Kong, the National Development Bank, and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) - a member of the World Bank Group.

eBuilder Technology Centre donates blood

eBuilder Technology Centre annually organises a blood donation campaign through their sports club to help meet the desperate demand of our country.

The main focus of charity has been a single person donating 1 pint of blood to the blood bank.

This has been done for the past three years. It has been such self-complacency and rewarding to know that someone's life has been saved by the blood one has gifted.

In today's context eBuilder staff sees a deficit for blood at the blood bank and on numerous occasions the blood bank has called for this precious donation and eBuilder group is proud that 40 of their employees donated blood.

eBuilder even encouraged the people in their neighborhood to come and donate blood. It has been a success and an extremely encouraging factor socially.

What more could one do than simply save thousands of lives by donating precious drops of blood, where one would be in need and for another plenty to live with.
