100 houses to be donated to war heroes

Colombo: To mark the third anniversary of President Mahinda Rajapaksa as President of Sri Lanka, Secretary, Ministry of Defence Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has decided to select 100 war heroes of the Army, Navy and Air Force serving in the forward areas of the Wanni to receive houses.

The 100 houses will be donated to the 100 "Heroes" from the Api Wennuwen Api housing project of the Armed Forces Housing Complex in Ipologama Town, Anuradhapura District, the Media Centre for National Security said.
