Hawker Street Fair at Trans Asia

Walk the terrace at Trans Asia once again as the popular Hawker Street comes alive but only for one day! Enjoy the taste of Malaysia, India and Singapore on this one night, on one street - The Terrace.

For those of you who missed the recently concluded promotion that ran full house for ten days, Trans Asia gives you another opportunity. And for those who want to experience it again, well, here's your chance. On Friday November 14 everyone's favourite dishes like Longtong, Mee Siam, Black Pepper Crab, Lor Mee, Prawn Noodle Soup, Beef Rendang, Mee Rebus, Indian Biriyani, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Hokkien Noodles, assorted Satays with Peanut sauce, Laksa Lemak, Singapore Chilli Crab, Otak Otak and much more will be brought back fresh to the table.

The scrumptious desserts comprising Honeydew with Sago, Black glutinous rice with coconut, Cheng Teng and lots more will be served personally by the warm and friendly pastry chef Lakshman.

The hotel's Master Chef Zhiqianq Qiu is delighted to give you another taste of his fare and looks forward to preparing all of those dishes for your dining pleasure.

Each action station will be preparing a minimum of two items which are priced individually and on a la carte basis. Make note of this date, and make your way to the Terrace and enjoy the fun atmosphere of the Hawker Street Fair. The Terrace sits overlooking the Beira Lake and swimming pool engulfed in a cool breeze with a possible starry night sky.
