Singer signs up for contact centre solution with Duo Software
Singer (Sri Lanka) Plc, a electronics and home appliances retailer in
the region signed up Duo Software to implement the DuoContact Contact
Centre solution.
DuoContact developed by Duo Software revolutionises the way a Contact
Centre operates through the adoption of a fully IP based contact centre
solution which eliminates the need for a traditional PABX.
DuoContact is a unified contact centre solution which incorporates
all functional aspects of a contact centre including Interactive Voice
