More jobs in Libya as Minister visits Lanka

Libyan Manpower, Training and Employment Minister, Prof. Matoug Mohammed will arrive in Sri Lanka today on a four-day visit at the invitation of Foreign Employment Promotion and Welfare Minister Keheliya Rambukwella.

The visit will mark the launch of recruitment in Libya. The Libyan delegation will also hold discussions with President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Ministers.

The Memorandum of understanding signed by Sri Lanka and Libya will enable the Sri Lanka expatriate workers to higher salaries than those in the Middle East.
