The world renowned HR Guru Prof Dave Ulrich addressed the Sri Lankan HR fraternity at the Waters Edge, Battaramulla last week on the joint invitation of the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) and CIMA Sri Lanka. The theme was “Future Proof HR” IPM President Lalith Wijetunga and Dinesh Weerakody CIHA accompanying Prof Dave Ulrich for the lecture.
