Seetha Devi SC hockey champs
Seetha Devi Sports Club, Kandy continued their
success trail when they became champions in the tournament for women
while Christ Church Sports Club, Matale and Sri Lanka Air Force
became joint champions in the tournament for men at the all-island
seven-a-side Old Vijayans hockey tournament for 2008 organised by
the Past Pupils Association of Vijaya College and worked off at
Nandimithra Stadium astro turf at Matale.

Lankans ready to retain title
A staggering amount of US dollars 300,000 will
be on offer as prize money for this years annual Hong Kong six a
side cricket tournament which will be worked off on November 8 and 9
at the Kowloon Cricket Club grounds in Hong Kong.
