Colombo District Court yesterday served charges of contempt of Court to Sunil Lihiniyagoda a Director of Prima Ceylon Ltd for violating the enjoining order issued by the Colombo District Judge Sisira Ratnayake on September 16 that restrained the said company from acting as sponsor of Under 15 Sri Lanka School Cricket District Tournament.

The Court extended the enjoining order restraining Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association from permitting Prima Ceylon Limited and Prima Ceylon Agro Industries Limited to sponsor the under 15 District School Cricket Tournament until October 13.
