Allianz Lanka customers now have speedy on-line access to
Allianz products and services with the relaunch of the
Allianz Lanka website at www.allianz.lk. The website is
linked to the Allianz SE global website in Munich, Germany.
The relaunched website is now more user friendly and has
many more features. Structured on the same lines as the
Allianz global network, the local website has the unique
feature of enabling customers to download proposal forms and
claim forms, which they can submit via e-mail with the
relevant information filled in. E-mailed customer inquiries
are immediately forwarded to the relevent departments, which
take prompt action on the e-mail. This on-line access
faclitates much faster service, from issuing a policy to
settlement of a claim, as all relevant documents are now
