Rhapsody in Brass IV- 2008
Ave Maria Convent, Negombo presents Rhapsody in Brass IV on August 30
at 5.00 p.m. at the school grounds. This grand band display is being
organised for the fourth time.
This show provides an opportunity to showcase their tremendous wealth
of talent to the bands of other schools as well, say the organisers.
The Principal, Rev. Sr. Francine Muthugala and the Teacher in charge
Nirmala Fernando have spared no pains together with others to bring the
band to a very high standard.
The members of the band, ably led by Sadunika Devedasa have also put
their heart and soul this effort. This event is organised to raise funds
for the maintenance of the band. It is therefore a worthy cause and the
organisers invite all lovers of music to patronise this event. |
