Gilani meets his teacher after 40 years

COLOMBO: The 79-year-old Sri Lankan teacher of Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Brother Emmanuel met him in Colombo on Saturday after a period of 40 years.

Brother Emmanuel had been the teacher of the Prime Minister in Multan from 1966-1968, in Lasaal Missionary High School Multan and had taught the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics.

The Prime Minister received him warmly and recalled his memories regarding the inspiration he received from his teacher.

Brother Emmanuel said he is proud of his student and prayed for his success in life.
