PCH holdings ties up with Reliance India

The business partnership between PCH Holdings and Reliance
Communications India will be a win-win situation for both the parties as
it redefines Internet Data Center (IDC) in Sri Lanka, Chairman PCH
Holdings S.H.M. Rishan said at a press conference held at Hotel Galadari
in Colombo yesterday.
He said the partnership to market world renowned Reliance IDC will
offer a full range of services including managed hosting, co-location,
disaster recovery, business continuity security, storage, IT
consultancy, content management, professional support and a range of
application services.
“A data center is a facility used to house computer systems and
associated companies, such as telecommunications and storage systems.
Security, integrity and availability are indispensable components of an
Internet Data Center.
This state of the art IT infrastructure would result in reducing
infrastructure cost as the solution also includes the hardware
components, with added benefits due to power saver, energy efficient
technology,” he said.
Executive Vice President Reliance Communication India, Sanjay Sharma
hoped that by appointing PCH Holdings as their business partner in Sri
Lanka will be bearers of a philosophy that thrives on new technology,
teamwork and partnerships.
Director Greenwich Lanka, Thariq Sanoon said company will establish a
data center with high level data security which will help to offer
managed services and hosting both locally and globally.
