PC Partner celebrates 'Achievers Night 2008'

PC Partner, the retail arm of PCH Holdings held their annual Achievers Night to celebrate a highly successful sales drive that resulted in their staff achieving 75 per cent of the total revenue. In celebration of this achievement, the management of PCP recognised their executive staff whose performance contributed significantly to the growth in sales, by rewarding them for their commitment and dedication.

Both qualitative and quantitative aspects were taken into consideration when deciding on the awards, which was presented under three main categories; Senior Management; Showroom Managers and customer-friendly employees who keep their customers smiling. PCP has a total Sales Force of 150 and 21 top achievers received this honour based on their performance in 2007.

The Chairman of PCH Holdings, S.H.M Rishan said, "I am indeed proud of our sales team and pleased to celebrate this significant achievement."

Addressing the audience, CEO of PCP M.M.M. Thufail praised the commitment of his employees and said, "We have been successful in our effort to bring the latest technology into the hands of Sri Lankan consumers, thanks to the perseverance of our long-standing employee base. We are able to give our best to our customers and we believe that recognising and rewarding their untiring efforts is vital for our continued success."

PC Partner has been recognising the Company's top achievers annually. At the next felicitation ceremony for the employees, the Company plans to add more categories such as, employee of the month, the best showroom of the month, the best branch of the month and the best engineer of the month.
