at Rs. 60 per kilo to consumers.
"We release adequate rice stocks to welfare societies of State owned

"Though Co-operatives have an opportunity to obtain sufficient red

co-operatives do not come to the FCD to get sufficient rice stocks to
their places as they cannot obtain commissions through those
transactions," he said.
