Training programme for women's rugby coaches

Ravi Perera - Rugby Head Coach of Fullerton Youth Rugby Club, and the Head Coach of the Under-19 Girls Team in California, is currently in Sri Lanka.

The Ruby Union has decided to use his expertise and conduct a Training Programme for women's Rugby coaches and players on Wednesday 28th May 2008 at the CR & FC grounds.

The programme: 09.00 a.m. - Registration, 09.15 - Introduction of Women's rugby presentation from IRB, 09.30 a.m. - Current position of women's ruby in Sri Lanka, 09.45 a.m. - Practical training session (please bring your training gear), 11.00 a.m. - tea, 11.15 a.m. - Indoor Training Session, 01.00 p.m. - lunch, 01.45 p.m. - Indoor training, 04.00 p.m. - presentation, etc.
