Gary Chang at memorial lecture

The Geoffrey Bawa Trust has invited architect Gary Chang to speak at this year's Geoffrey Bawa Memorial Lecture.

Scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23, at the SLF Auditorium, 100, Independence Square, Colombo 7, the lecture is entitled "In Search of a New Urban Dynamics: On Change, Choice, Co-existence and Connectivity."

It is the latest in the ongoing annual series which sees the Geoffrey Bawa Trust inviting a reputable speaker.

With the presence of Chang at this year's memorial lecture, an achievement of no small value, the Trust once again delivers on its key mandate of expanding the country's scope of architectural and design knowledge.

Started in 2005, the Geoffrey Bawa Memorial Lecture has rapidly become the annual milestone for architecture and design professionals in Sri Lanka.
