Tilvyn gives statement on JVP vehicles

JVP General Secretary Tilvyn Silva and MP Sunil Handunhetti yesterday made a statement to Mirihana Police in connection with the alleged hijacking of three vehicles belonging to two JVP MPs.

They were accompanied by lawyers. Silva told reporters that he refuted all charges and that the vehicles in question were not at the party office. Mirihana Police are investigating.
