Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR)
during the week
ended 2nd May, 2008 by all commercial banks were 17.17percent
and 14.19 per cent respectively.
The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of the Commercial banks for the
month of March, 2008 was 10.58 percent.
