A seminar on the 'Present State of the Economy' organised by United Professionals Association (UPA) will be held on April 27 at 5.30 p.m. at the Udeshi City Reception Hall, Makola, Kiribathgoda.

Keynote speaker will be Economist Dr. Harsha de Silva.
