MTI to develop strategy for Hameedia
MTI Consulting was called upon to develop a pitch strategy for
Hameedia for the Franchise Renewal of its leading international sports
brand. Keeping in mind the brand's vision for Asia, MTI Consulting
developed a strategic pitch that was aligned to Vision Asia.

Hameedia, the leading clothing retailer in Sri Lanka, which carries
its own global brand of clothes such as Le Bond, Envoy and Signature, is
also known for tying up through partnerships with brands like Raymond,
Lee, and Arrow, Louis Phillip, Van Huesen.
As a result, Hameedia offers a full range of fashion from clothing to
footwear and accessories.
The company has long been the franchisee for a well known
international sports brand.
The successful pitch strategy resulted in Hameedia acquiring a
further extension of Franchisee for the brand.
