Praise for SLTB's excellent service

Transport Minister Dullas Alahapperuma together with Road Passenger Transport Minister Lasantha Alagiyawanna have thanked the SLCTB for providing an excellent transport service to the public in an around Colombo city to enable them to visit their native villages for the Sinhala and Hindu New Year season.

Alahapperuma thanked all SLCTB employees including its Chairman and Board members for this victory achieved by the SLCTB for the first time after almost 30 years.

The Minister expressed confidence that the SLCTB is committed to provide a similar level of service to the public to enable them to return to Colombo and suburbs after the festive season without hassle. "This excellent performance on the past of the SLCTB showed its desire to revert to its golden era once again, "the Minister said.
