Deyata Kirula from tomorrow

Colombo: The police along with the Security Forces have taken every possible step to ensure security during the 'Deyata Kirula Exhibition' which will commence tomorrow, Finance & State Revenue Minister and Deputy Minister of Finance & Planning Ranjith Siyambalapitiya said yesterday.

The Minister said there is no point of having doubts about security since the Government has taken special precautions.

"On the other hand the visitors also have to lend their utmost assistance to security personnel since every individual will be checked.

The visitors are advised not to bring unnecessary bags and baggages when they enter the premises. The visitors are advised to bring their Identity Cards and produce them where necessary." The exhibition will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. until February 10.

But admission will close at 5.30 p.m. "The inaugural ceremony will be held under the patronage of all university vice chancellors," the Minister said.
