The 'Palais Petite' another new Rs. 450 million luxury apartment
project was launched by Superior Palayakat (Pvt ) Ltd who has a history
spanning over 100 years and with businesses across a wide range of
sectors in Sri Lanka and overseas.
The 30 apartments presented in five unique designs is located at
Saranankara Road, Dehiwela. It will be ready for occupation by late
2009, Chairman Sam Vakeesan said.
He said that Palais Petite is his fifth project in Colombo and it has
four significant features different to others. They are lighting,
ventilation space and view and also the company assures hundred per cent
pay back guarantee to their clients being the only company of that
nature.
The three bed room houses between 1300-1400 sq.ft in sizes are
equipped with audio video systems, air conditioning, while swimming
pool, gym, and roof top garden facilities are also available.
Vakeesan said that one third of houses have been already sold and the
company has arranged bank loans according to a fixed payment scheme and
tailor made payment could also be arranged. |
