IIT convocation on November 3

The 14th Convocation of the Institute of Information Technology will be held on November 3 at the BMICH.

Prof. Alfred Perera said the convocation is unique this year due as it is the first convocation after IIT’s affiliation with the University of Westminster with 35 students graduating from all areas of the IT industry and a panel of distinguished delegates from the University of Westminster headed by Pro. Vice Chancellor Rikki Morgun Tamosunas will be present.

Prof. Perera said graduate students at IIT are getting an opportunity to obtain a one year work visa for UK where they will have work experience abroad at the completion of the degree which is a very valuable advantage.
