Lankan delegation off to India

COLOMBO: Presidential Secretary Lalith Weeratunga, Senior Presidential Advisor Basil Rajapaksa and Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa left for India yesterday to discuss topics of mutual interest.

The high-powered delegation will discuss with their counterparts topics pertaining to current national security, the economy and political situation in Sri Lanka.

High Commissioner of India Aloka Prasad has already left for India to participate in these talks.
