Dipped products records Rs. 726m profits

Dipped Products Plc. a subsidiary of Hayleys Group recorded a profit of Rs 726 million for the last three-months which is a 34 per cent increase, its interim report for the three months ended June 30, 2007 revealed.

Further, its profit before tax recorded Rs 723,822 shown a tremendous improvement. The final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share proposed and declared at the Annual General Meeting for the year 2006/07 held on June 25, 2005 was paid on July 2, 2007.

For the last three-months period there were less minority and it is growing at an alarming pace, a company official said.
