SOCCER: The Kit Division I Final 2007 between Don Bosco Negombo and Sarasavi Sports Club is scheduled to kick-off at 5.30 p.m. tomorrow at Sugathadasa stadium. Sarasavi SC come out as favourites on this day as they have a clean record behind them.

They have beaten Don Bosco team in the preliminary round game which was also the first match of the tournament two goals to one. Sarasavi also have a goal aggregate of 18 goals while the other teams have got only seven goals against Sarasavi from six games. This prove that their strikers are in peak form, which is a good sign for the side.

Meanwhile Don Bosco XI too have got the same number of goals conceding six from six games. These figures indicate that both sides are equally balanced in their striking force. A good game of foot can be witnessed by the spectators tomorrow.

Winners of this final will receive a purse worth Rs. 250,000 while the runners-up are to receive Rs. 100,000 in addition to trophies. Both teams will be promoted to Kit Premier League from the next season.

Chirantha de Zoysa, Manager, Sports Promotions Dialog GSM the main sponsor of the championship will be the chief guest at the final.
