Vaas targets 2011 World Cup

Sri Lanka’s most experienced opening bowler says he has no plans to retire until the next Cricket World Cup. Chaminda Vaas, who was a member of the 1996 team that won the World Cup believes he might be able to play in 2011 World Cup, to be played in the sub-continent.

Dharmaraja College, Kandy recorded their fifth successive win for the season when they swamped St. Aloysius College, Galle by 50 points (5 goals, 3 tries) to nil in their Schools Singer Trophy rugby tournament match played at St. Aloysius College grounds, Galle yesterday. At half time Rajans led 33-0.
