No weapons, ammunition transfers under ACSA

The United States has signed Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreements with 89 countries and the objective of entering into such an agreement is that to exchange humanitarian supplies, facilities the peacekeeping movement, and engage in co-operative activities between the two countries.
