Prevent LTTE slaying Tamils

Tamil Democratic Congress urges UNHRC :

The Tamil Democratic Congress has appealed to the Fourth Session of the UN Human Rights Council to fully investigate the arbitrary and extra judicial killings and the incommunicado detentions of Tamils by the LTTE in various locations in the uncleared areas in Sri Lanka.
