Suspension on Fitness Kingdom lifted

BODY BUILDING: The suspension imposed on Fitness Kingdom by the Body Building Association on December 17 was lifted with immediate effect. This is on a directive by the Minister of Sports Gamini Lokuge.

The lifting of the suspension will enable the competitors of Fitness Kingdom to compete at the forthcoming competitions. A letter to this effect was sent to the Body Building Association by the secretary S. Liyanagama.

Meanwhile Director General B. D. Dahanayake in separate letter has requested the Association to allow the Fitness Kingdom SC to participate in future competitions.
