Dinesh wins 3500 cc GT Super Car event

MOTOR RACING: The first round of the SLADR Championship was held on 10th and 11th February 2007, at Katukurunda with the gathering of motoring fraternity and enthusiastic crowds.

The 3500 cc GT Super Car event took the limelight of the whole event, with experienced racing driver Dinesh Jayawardena emerging as the winner after stiff resistance from fellow competitors.

This great win was a compelling reason for DHL to extent the sponsorship to Dinesh Jayawardena from April 2007, being his sponsor for two consecutive years.

The SLADR Championship will consist of five rounds in 2007.
