Bandaragama has to undergo for a cochlear implant as he is unable to
speak due to brain damage owing to brain fever when he was just 8
months.
The operation would cost Rs. 2.8 million. His parents appeal to the
general public to send in their contributions to A.C. No. 5416008, Bank
of Ceylon branch at Bandaragama.
