New variant from Elephant House ice creams

NEW PRODUCT: Elephant House ice cream fans now have the opportunity of savouring their traditional favourite flavours - vanilla and chocolate in a single value-for-money tub.

"Double Delight", a combination of both vanilla and chocolate, is an exciting new variant to the Elephant House range of ice creams and promises memorable moments of indulgence.


LAUNCH: Vice President/Head of Frozen Confectionery Neil Samarasinghe hands over the first pack of Double Delight to Manager Keells Liberty Plaza Nalin Fernando. Also in the picture are Prashani Fernando (Asst. Brand Manager), Surani Sahabandu (Brand Manager), Srikanth Selladurai (Head of Marketing - Frozen Foods), Ashan Wanduragala (Key Accounts Manager) and R. Jegathieshwaran (National Sales Manager).

For the first time ever, the new ice cream is presented in the shape of two flowers creating a new product experience for all ice cream fans in Sri Lanka and bringing in more excitement for the consumer.

Head of Marketing (Frozen Foods) Ceylon Cold Stores, and, Assistant Vice President John Keells Holdings Selladurai Srikanth said, "Double Delight enhances our already rich ice cream product portfolio. With vanilla and chocolate being traditional favourite among Sri Lankans of all ages, this is indeed a product to be shared with the entire family."

Ceylon Cold Stores (CCS), or Elephant House as it is popularly known, currently commands 2/3rds of Sri Lanka's ice cream market, and is known to market a unique brand of ice cream, whose variants are unique in terms of taste and flavour.
