Hands off Jaffna traders
Govt tells LTTE:
THE Government has conveyed to the LTTE through
Norwegian Special Envoy Jon Hanssen Bauer that it should stop
intimidating private traders in Jaffna so that civilians could have
greater access to essentials at reduced prices.
