Eco Team takes control of Koodarama

TRANSFER: Koodarama (Pvt) Limited, the Eco friendly tent style hotel in Mahakubukkadawala, in the Puttalam district has been given over to the Eco Team for a three-year period.

Koodarama a newest African style huts built on stilts mainly attracting the nature lovers in Sri Lanka is the first leisure sector investment of the Vinik group.

Joint Managing Director Koodarama, Mano Ratnayaka said that Eco Team is promoting products of this nature and was the main reason for the tie up.

CEO, Eco Team Anurudha Bandara said that Koodarama offers an ideal up market product that blends with their theme.

Eco Team which was set up in 2000 to focus on nature, adventure, eco and agro tourism is the largest company in Sri Lanka specializing in these sectors and they operate in locations offering 26 diverse nature and adventure related experiences.

Eco Team has pioneered in many alternative living concepts and activities in Sri Lanka and was the first company to be reorganized in this sector by Sri Lanka Tourism authority. They provide services to over 60 national and international tour companies.
