Children's creative talents on show
ART: A children's art exhibition will be held at the Dudley
Senanayake Madhaya Maha Vidyalaya main hall, Tholangamuwa from December
1 - 4.

The exhibition will be opened by Media and Information Minister Anura
Priyadarshana Yapa, Labour Relations and Foreign Employment Minister
Athauda Seneviratne, Finance, Planning and Higher Education Deputy
Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya.

FLOWER PICKING: Painting by Thilini Lakshani
|
Students in Grades 6 - 13 will take part in the exhibition. The
themes will range from Buddhist religious events, village life,
traditional farming and culture. The paintings have been done using
water colours, pastel and oil on canvas.
The art section of the school is managed by Mrs. U. R. D. Sudumenike
Wijesundara, H. H. Savantha Karunaratne and Niroshini Adhikari.
