Dharmadsasa appointed to Galadari Board

APPOINTMENT: Deputy Chairman and CEO, Nawaloka Hospitals Jayantha Dharmadasa has been appointed to the Board of Galadari Hotels (Lanka) Limited.

Dharmadasa is on the board of a number of companies including Nawaloka Polysacks, Nawaloka Aviation, Nawaloka Hotels, Nawaloka Industries, Nawaloka Construction, Nawaloka Timber Stores, Nawaloka Housing, Nawaloka Machinery, Ruhunu Hospitals, Nawakrama Private Limited, Ashford International amongst others.

The Nawaloka Hospitals Group has had interests in Galadari Hotels for a period of over one year and has a 24% equity stakes in the company.
