Bouquets for Minister T. B. Ekanayake

KOTTE: Minister of Road Development T.B.Ekanayake was yesterday the recipient of several bouquets from MPs from the Opposition for readily heeding calls to develop road networks in their villages without any political bias.

The kudos came even from TNA MPs, who lauded the Minister's prompt attention to their requests for the development of their roads under the Maga Neguma programme which has been entrusted to him by the President.

Among the UNPers who showered praise on the Minister was Kandy District MP, A. R. M. Cader for his ready response to the former's pleas to repair roads in his electorate.
