Ceylinco FastCash from Seylan Bank

MONEY TRANSFERS: Ceylinco FastCash - a new concept in money remittance has been introduced by Seylan Bank and Ceylinco Consolidated. Ceylinco FastCash includes a host of value added services making it a unique and original service not found in international remittance services.

The concept is a result of Seylan Bank and Ceylinco Consolidated CSR policies which has given humanitarian services to hundreds of expatriates, mainly housemaid from Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon.

The Ceylinco FastCash service will initially be available in the Middle East and Sri Lanka, and gradually extend its services to other countries in the future. It will be available through Seylan Bank's islandwide branch network in Sri Lanka, the 24-hour counter at the Millennium branch and at the airport.

This product seeks to develop an international money transfer that facilitates speedy and reliable money transfers mainly for the expatriate workers. The remittance system has been developed by one of the largest IT companies, NCS Pvt Ltd in Singapore. NCS Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of Sing Tel Ltd (Singapore Telecom). NCS has used state of the art technology to develop this system.

Seylan Bank will function as the settlement / custodian bank for the system.
