Skal International - Colombo induction ceremony

INDUCTION: International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals Skal International Colombo at its monthly meeting held at the Taj Samudra Hotel recently, did induct for the very first time in the history of Skal Colombo, Sri Lanka a husband and wife for its membership.

Keethi and Dushy Jayaweera in the airline and travel industry were the personalities to join Skal International Colombo on invitation.

Keethi, Director of Aitken Spence Overseas Travel Services and Aitken Spence Moscow is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute in UK and at present the General Secretary of the Sri Lanka Branch. He is an old boy of St. Joseph's College, Colombo.

Dushy, who joined Aset Airways, in May 1978, resigned in 1994 to join M/s Hemas Air Services. In April 2005 she has been appointed to the Board of Hemas Air Services. She is currently serving as the Deputy Chairperson of Sri Lanka Association of Airline Representative and is also on the executive committee of the Sri Lanka Malaysian Business Council.

Dushy is also a vice President of the Past Pupil's Association of the Holy Family Convent Bambalapitiya where she studied.
